Judge Rules Bankrupt Law Grad Can Cancel Some Debt

A federal judge in New York recently ruled that some loans obtained by this particular law student can be forgiven in bankruptcy. While this is related strictly to bar exam preparation loans, it will be interesting to see how future cases are treated.

I am not sure where this is going, but the numbers keep going up and up!
